Gareth Bale claimed that every victory for Tottenham until the end of the season is crucial.
The Welsh international was in superb form as he helped Spurs to a 3-1 win against Blackburn to maintain fourth place in the Premier League.
He told Sky Sports: “Every match is a crucial match, it’s very tight up there for fourth spot and every win is vital for us.”
Bale felt that Spurs should have been awarded a penalty when he was brought down by Michel Salgado: “He made contact, I went down and it should have been a penalty, but the referee thought otherwise,” he added.
