Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich are set to lock horns under the lights at the new White Hart Lane tomorrow night as they fight it out for the position of top dog in the group.
The champions of Germany against the 2019 Champions League finalists is certainly an exciting bill, with Spurs hoping to get their first win of the new European campaign.
Tottenham fans were treated to the journey to end all journeys last season when they managed to qualify for the final in Madrid.
This included a couple of matches against Inter Milan in the group stages, with each team winning their home tie.
Ivan Perisic was an Inter Milan star back then, but has since swapped the blue and black for the red of Bayern Munich.
Well versed with playing Spurs in the Champions League, Perisic has been heaping praise on the North London club and on Pochettino.
Perisic said (The Athletic): “They are real players, real competitors, and when you don’t focus for 95 minutes, they will beat you.

“It’ll be a good test for us. We have to leave everything out there to get something out of the game.
“They have really good players in all positions and their coach is their best player.
“Pochettino has created an unbelievable mentality. He has changed the whole club.
“You see it on TV and especially on the pitch when you play them.”
