David Beckham has praised Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp, but admits it would be difficult to play for another Premier League club.
The former Manchester United player has revealed that he is close to agreeing a loan move back to AC Milan as he looks to secure a place in England’s World Cup squad.
Beckham said: “There are other options available, but none that will stop me going to Milan.
“It is close to being finalised.
“When I left, they said they wanted me to come straight back. I had such a marvellous time there. They are a great club.
“Harry Redknapp has been incredible about me, but I’ve always said since I left United that to play for another English club would be difficult.”
