Boateng exit confirmed

Portsmouth have confirmed the signing of Tottenham midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng.

The German Under-21 international is thought to have cost Portsmouth £4million and has signed a three-year deal on the south coast.

Pompey boss Paul Hart told their official site: “Kevin’s a good player and I’m very thrilled that we’ve managed to get him here.

“He’s a young player who wants to prove something. Like all the players we’ve brought in, he’s got something to prove.

“He’s got tremendous ability and hopefully we can provide the environment to channel that.”
