Attentions turn to White Hart Lane tomorrow for the first home match of the new Premier League season. The visitors are Stoke City who did the double over us last term.
November’s 2-1 defeat to Stoke at the Lane was one of the low points and it’s a chance for Pochettino and co to get revenge against the Potters who have been very active during the transfer window after Mark Hughes this summer brought in the likes of Marco van Ginkel, Ibrahim Afellay and Xherdan Shaqiri.
Pochettino has already reported that Danny Rose, Andros Townsend, Alex Pritchard and Hugo Lloris are all back from injury and will be looking to put the defeat to Manchester United behind us.
