Tottenham Hotspur winger Brennan Johnson has extended his remarkable goalscoring run with a goal for Wales.

The 23-year-old came into Wales’ UEFA Nations League match against Iceland having scored six goals in his last six matches for Tottenham.

Johnson‘s form in front of goal saw him put Wales ahead after eleven minutes when Harry Wilson’s shot was saved, but could not prevent the Tottenham man from tapping home.

The winger will miss Wales’ next match when they play Montenegro in Cardiff on Monday due to a booking this evening, before reporting back to Hotspur Way.
