Carragher and Neville both agree Spurs will finish in this Prem position

The new season is now well underway and Tottenham have made a superb start, all things considered.

Despite not playing too well in either game, Spurs have racked up a 3-1 win over Aston Villa and a valuable away draw against Man City.

Pochettino will now be looking to kick on and bed in his new players, as well as improving upon the club’s fourth place in the Premier League last season.

However, Arsenal, Man City, and Man United all had a higher net spend than Spurs this summer, with even Aston Villa splashing out more on new players (Sky Sports).

So, the question remains, will Spurs keep their top-four spot and can they push for the title?

Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville are in agreement on both fronts, as they each predicted Tottenham to finish third in the Prem this season, with Man City as champions and Liverpool runners-up again.

Spurs Web Opinion:

I have to say that I agree Spurs will finish third this year, giving the new players time to settle. I then believe that Spurs will invest again in January/the summer and push for the title next year.
