Tottenham Hotspur have a number of London rivals, but none leave as sour a taste in the mouth as Arsenal and Chelsea.
Cesc Fabregas plied his trade at both of these clubs during his career in the Premier League, putting him pretty high of the rankings of Spurs enemies.
This is enhanced even further by the player’s reputation for attempting to mock Tottenham on social media, something he has been up to again this week.
While conducting a question and answer session on Twitter, Fabregas was asked which of his 50 Premier League goals was his favourite.
The midfielder replied simply, ‘Every goal against Spurs will do’.
While this would be a decent joke at Tottenham’s expense, Fabregas only ever scored two against Spurs neither of which even happened in the past decade (Daily Mail).
Fabregas netted in a 3-1 win back in 2007, as well as a 3-0 victory two years later in 2009. Hardly much to mock about, is it Cesc?
