Champions League R16 draw: When, what time and how to watch for Spurs fans

Tottenham Hotspur will find out on Monday who they will be facing off against in the round of 16 stage of the Champions League.

Spurs certainly did not have things their own way in the group stage of the Champions League, with Antonio Conte’s men needing a draw to seal progression heading into the final match away at Marseille.

The Lilywhites were staring down the barrel of a potential early exit when the Ligue 1 club took the lead just before half-time.

However, they manage to battle back and turn things around in the second-half, with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s stoppage-time winner ensuring that they finished top of group D.

That means that Spurs will face one of the teams who finished second in their respective groups in the round of 16 stage, except Liverpool and Eintract Frankfurt.

That means that the Lilywhites will face one of Club Brugge, Inter Milan, AC Milan, RB Leipzig, Borussia Dortmund, and Paris Saint-Germain in the next round.

Here’s all you need to know about how to watch the Champions League round of 16 draw (via The Sun):

When: The draw will take place on Monday, November 7 and get underway at 11 am UK time.

Where: The draw will be held at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.

How to watch: Fans can tune into the Champions League draw on UEFA’S official Youtube channel. The draw will also be broadcasted on BT Sport 1 and the UEFA’S official website.

Spurs Web Opinion

Barring Club Brugge, who all the teams who topped their group will be hoping to get, there are no other easy draws. Paris Saint-Germain are obviously the ones to avoid but Milan and Dortmund will also be quite tricky ties.
