Chelsea enter the race for Tottenham’s Luka Vuskovic this summer

Chelsea were reported to have approached Spurs for Bergvall in the winter, but the Lilywhites turned them down.

Now, CaughtOffside are reporting that the Blues have set their sights on yet another Spurs youngster in Luka Vuskovic.

According to the report, Liam Rosenior’s side is said to be interested in signing Vuskovic this summer – the teenager who is not short of admirers across Europe.

The Blues will have to battle the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund for the Croatian international this transfer window.

Spurs face fight to keep Vuskovic amid growing transfer interest

It is no surprise to see Vuskovic attracting such interest in recent times, especially given how well he has performed this season.

The Croat has impressed with Hamburg in the Bundesliga, putting in a series of standout displays while also collecting personal accolades of his own.

In his country, Vuskovic has also shone, reaching a major milestone with Croatia during this international break. It is no surprise the publication now claims that he is worth €100m (£86m). That’s not bad off a £12m investment.
