Chelsea are reported to have made an improved bid for Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric.
Spurs have previously snubbed a £22million offer for the Croatian, who only signed a six-year deal at the Lane last year.
Modric has already stated that he wants to move to Chelsea and the whole situation appears to be turning ugly.
The 25-year-old claims a gentleman’s agreement was struck with Daniel Levy in May 2010, when he signed his extension.
According to Sky Sports, Spurs want at least £30million.
