Some Spurs are convinced that Tanguy Ndombele’s latest social media post is an indication that he wants to stay at the club next season.

While multiple reports (Mirror) have suggested that Tottenham have no intention of letting their club-record signing leave after just a season in North London, Football.London reported recently that those close the 23-year-old are pushing him towards the exit door.

In response to the speculation over his future, Ndombele took to Instagram on Monday to post a highlight video of his season at Spurs, with the caption: ‘Nothing to Report’ (as relayed by Alasdair Gold).

The timing of Ndombele’s Instagram post came immediately after Mohamed Bouhafsi’s report that he wants to leave Tottenham. So it is unlikely that it was just a coincidence. Besides, even if he wasn’t too thrilled at staying at working with Mourinho, I cannot see any club being able to afford him this summer as Levy will want to recoup the money we paid for him.
