Amidst reports linking Andre Almeida with a move to Tottenham and other Premier League clubs, Valencia’s sporting director Miguel Angel Corona has said that no player at the La Liga side is considered untouchable at the moment.

Almeida is thought to have emerged as a target for a number of Premier League clubs ahead of the final few weeks of the transfer window.
HITC revealed last week that Tottenham and Manchester United have watched the midfielder closely over the last 12 months while Aston Villa and Newcastle have even held conversations over the 24-year-old’s availability.
It was explained that Wolves are also keeping an eye on the player’s situation and are the most likely of the English sides to make an offer.

Valencia are open to selling at the right price
Meanwhile, it has been suggested over recent days that the Mestalla hierarchy would be ready to offload the Portuguese star for £25m this summer (Mundo Deportivo).
Corona’s latest comments might have caught the attention of Spurs and the other Premier League clubs chasing Almeida, with the Valencia director making it clear that all of the club’s players have a price.
He told Super Deporte: “We always maintain a balance between the financial and sporting relationship.
“If we understand that (selling a player) will improve us and we can do it, we can do it. If it will improve us and it can be done, we will do it.”

Even if Ange had been planning on adding another midfielder to his squad previously, he might have abandoned that idea after seeing how Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvall have done in pre-season, with both teenagers looking ready to play a significant first-team role next season.
