Club insider claims Spurs will now consider bids for player just 12 months after signing him

Tottenham insider, Paul O’Keefe, has reported that Tottenham will consider any bid for Manor Solomon this summer, despite only signing him last year.

Although Manor Solomon was technically contracted to Shakhtar Donetsk last summer, a special compensation was extended by FIFA to allow Ukrainian League players to end their contracts amid the ongoing conflict with Russia.

Solomon, who had been on loan at Fulham for the 2022/23 campaign, joined Tottenham as a free agent, meaning Spurs didn’t have to pay a penny for the electric winger.

Tottenham will consider Manor Solomon sale

Fast forward 12 months and Spurs may look to cash in on an instant profit by selling the Israeli star this summer, with O’Keefe reporting that any offer would be considered by Tottenham.

The Athletic’s Jack Pitt-Brooke also said on The View From The Lane podcast that Tottenham would be willing to sell the player in the future, while Graeme Bailey added that the sale may even come this summer.

When asked about Solomon’s future on X, Paul O’Keefe replied: ‘Any bid would be considered [for Manor Solomon].’

Spurs Web Opinion:

Postecoglou seemed to quite like Solomon at the start of the season but it all depends on what Spurs do in the summer transfer window. If they sign a new winger and if Timo Werner stays at the club, Solomon may not be required for next season.
