Club president claims Tottenham target could move for big money

Tottenham Hotspur will be eyeing up some new players in January after choosing not to sign any in the summer.

Some big injuries to key stars could force Pochettino’s hand slightly in regards to when he makes his moves, with January maybe proving to be more convenient than the summer now.

Mousa Dembele, Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Jan Vertonghen are all out injured.

However it is a right winger that has made the headlines today, as young Cengiz Under from Roma continues to be a target for Spurs.

Under played for both Altinordu and Basaksehir in Turkey before joining Roma in 2017.

He broke into the side immediately, despite only being 21-years-old now, scoring eight goals in 32 appearances for his club.

Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Bayern Munich are all said to be interested in the young pacey winger.

His old club president at Altinordu, Mehmet Ozkan, who is still close to Under and his family, claimed the forward could move for big bucks.

HITC report he said: “Cengiz is being closely watched by Bayern Munich, all I’ll say is he could move for big money.”
