Jose Mourinho has named his Tottenham Hotspur side which will take to the field in tonight’s re-arranged Premier League clash against Aston Villa.

The fixture was originally scheduled to take place at Villa Park in January, but it was decided by the Premier League board for the game to be moved after z number of players and staff who had either tested positive for Covid-19 or were placed in isolation (Independent).

Since a 1-2 defeat at Villa Park on New Year’s Day 2008, Spurs are unbeaten in nine away Premier League games against Aston Villa (W7 D2), winning the last five in a row; Spurs’ only longer away winning run against an opponent in the top-flight was against the Villans between 1950 and 1956 (7).

Spurs will be looking to return to winning ways after one of the most miserable weeks in the club’s recent history.

This is who features for Tottenham this evening:

Tottenham: Lloris (C), Tanganga, Rodon, Sanchez, Reguilon, Hojbjerg, Ndombele, Lo Celso, Lucas, Vinicius, Kane.
