Confirmed Line Up: The first eleven Spurs players to play at the new Spurs stadium

Tottenham under-18’s face off against Southampton this afternoon in what will be the first ever match at the new stadium.

The delay in the stadium’s opening has been a source of much frustration for Spurs fans, many of whom have grown tired of Wembley.

Today’s game will be the first of two test events that will be staged at the new stadium ahead of the grand opening on April 3rd when Spurs welcome Crystal Palace.

30,000 fans are expected to be in attendance for today’s match at the state of the art venue.

Pochettino’s son, 17-year-old Maurizio Pochettino is part of the Under-18s team and plays as a left winger.

However, the gaffer son is not lucky enough to be one of the players who will get to be the first ones to walk into the field at the venue, as he starts on the bench.

Academy Manager, John McDermott has named a strong side including the likes of Oliver Skipp and Armando Shashoua.
