Dates confirmed for Tottenham’s two Champions League quarter final legs against Man City

Tottenham Hotspur were drawn against Premier League rivals Manchester City in the Champions League quarter final stage draw this morning.

Spurs entered the pot alongside City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Juventus, Barcelona, Ajax, and Porto.

Tottenham’s draw represents the only all-English affair at this stage of the competition, however Liverpool and United could yet meet in the semis.

If Spurs do make it past Man City over two legs, they will face Juventus or Ajax in the semi finals.

The dates have now been confirmed for Tottenham’s double-header against the Premier League leaders, with the home leg to be played first.

This could give Spurs a boost as the event is likely to take place at the new stadium, the very first European match to be held there.

This home leg will be played on April 9, with the away fixture coming on April 17.

Spurs will also play Man City in the Premier League around this time, making it three crunch games in three weeks.
