Dates Confirmed: When Spurs will face Ajax in the semi-final of the Champions League

The dates for Tottenham Hotspur’s Champions League semi final ties against Ajax Amsterdam have been confirmed.

The first leg will take place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday 30th April, with the return leg taking place the following week on Wednesday 8th May at the Johan Cruyff Arena.

Spurs booked their place in the final four of the prestigious European competition with a dramatic away goal victory against Manchester City last night.

Ajax’s young guns have certainly made the rest of Europe sit up and take notice after dismantling Real Madrid on their way to beating Juventus in the quarter final.

The matches against the Dutch club will see a return to their former side for Christian Eriksen, Jan Vertonghen, Toby Alderweireld and Davinson Sanchez.

There is no doubt that thousands of Spurs fans have been booking their flights and ferries for the away leg on what will be a historic occasion.

A place in the final of the Champions League to face either Liverpool or Barcelona awaits the winner.
