Tottenham forgotten man David Bentley looks set for another loan move, this time to QPR.
Bentley has failed to make an impact at Spurs sunce his £15million move from Blackburn in July 2008. He was hoping to get his career back on track last season when he joined West Ham United on loan but could only manage 5 appearances before he was ruled for six months following a knee operation and returned to Tottenham for treatment.
A move to QPR would mean the winger would link-up once again with Mark Hughes, who Bentley arguably enjoyed the best moments of his football career under during their time together at Blackburn Rovers.
If this all proves to be true then it looks like whoever is coming in as new Spurs boss won’t be giving Bentley a chance to prove his worth.
