Davinson Sanchez describes ‘quality’ new Spurs teammate as a ‘good boy’

Davinson Sanchez has described his new Tottenham teammate, Richarlison, as a ‘good boy’ following the forward’s move to North London this summer.

Richarlison made a big-money switch from Everton in a deal that could rise to as much as £60m (SkySports), but is already repaying some of that investment in a Lilywhite shirt.

The Brazilian made his first start in Tottenham colours at the weekend at home to Fulham, replacing Dejan Kulusevski in the starting line-up, and certainly made a difference in the London derby.

Richarlison assisted Tottenham’s opener thanks to a lovely give-and-go with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, and was a constant nuisance for the Fulham defence all day long.

Tottenham’s biggest summer signing almost scored his first goal for the club in the dying minutes too, although it was ruled offside via VAR.

Sanchez has now claimed that Richarlison is a ‘good boy’, which he has realised after getting to know his teammate’s personality away from the pitch.

Spurs Web Opinion:

Richarlison has been a great signing for Spurs, adding some much-needed quality and depth to the front line. You should never rely only on the players you have on the pitch, and now Conte has four players to fill three positions up top.
