Jermain Defoe has declared himself fit for Tottenham’s trip to Sunderland tomorrow.
The Spurs striker has been sleeping in an altitude chamber to speed up his comeback from his hamstring injury, but Harry Redknapp admits that he won’t risk him if he’s not 100%.
Redknapp said: “He’s fit and available but I don’t have to take a chance because I also have Peter Crouch, Eidur Gudjohnsen and Roman Pavlyuchenko.”
