Dele Tells Spurs Fans ‘Not To Panic’

Spurs wonder-kid Dele Alli has insisted that Tottenham’s form at Wembley stadium has been much better than the results have suggested.

After 1 draw and 1 defeat at the national stadium, Tottenham have already dropped more points in their temporary home this season than they did over the course of their entire Premier League campaign at White Hart Lane last season.

These poor results only add to the ever-growing list of Spurs Wembley woes, as the North-London side have only won 1 game in their last 11 outings to the 90,000 capacity arena.

However, 21 year old Spurs midfielder Dele Alli has urged fans ‘not to panic’ despite the early-season struggles at Wembley.

“There’s a few things we need to tighten up all over the pitch,” He told SkySports. “Be more clinical, score a few more goals.”

“But nothing to worry about at the minute. We’re still playing very well.”

“Playing at Wembley is not an issue for the players. If we were playing poorly I’d understand.”

“But we’re still playing very well,” He added. “Just switched off at the wrong time. The fans have been fantastic and there’s nothing to panic about.”

Have you been satisfied with our Wembley performances? Or do you think there’s a much bigger issue than Dele’s letting on?
