Some football fans have taken to social media to react to footage which has emerged following Tottenham Hotspur’s 2-1 defeat to Liverpool on Sunday.
After the final whistle at Anfield, Spurs midfielder Giovani Lo Celso was spotted waiting for Liverpool star Mo Salah to head into the tunnel to try and swap playing shirts.
Lo Celso was given a very late cameo by manager Mauricio Pochettino when he came on in the 88th minute for the ineffective Christian Eriksen.
It was the second appearance for the Argentine after his lengthy spell out with a hip injury, however, his eagerness to exchange jerseys after yet another disappointing defeat for the North London side has not been well received by some fans.
The defeat means that Spurs have dropped into the bottom half of the table after the first ten top flight games of the season.
Here is what has been said on Twitter.
