The Ashes might have ultimately ended in disappointment for the England stars but they still have a chance to tie the series when they meet Australia for the 5th and final test in the Oval.
In the meantime, it looks like the love affair between the England stars and Tottenham Hotspur is set to continue.
England’s hero at Headingley Cricket Ground, Ben Stokes, was the first to reveal his love for the Lilywhites after he was presented with a home kit for his efforts by the club.
Stokes’ teammate Jason Roy admitted that he too would like to get a Tottenham shirt for his daughter, Everly who is a massive fan of the club (Sky Sports).
The club certainly obliged and sent the top order batman two custom made home kits for him and his daughter.
Roy was overjoyed at the gesture and assured the club that he and his daughter will be at the new stadium to watch a game soon

Whoever is in charge of public relations at the club needs a massive raise after what that. The club certainly seem to have hit the ball out of the park with these gestures and it will do their prospects of attracting new fans, no harm at all.
