Ex-Spurs player breaks silence after sex tape scandal

Ex-Spurs player, Clinton N’Jie, was ridiculed online this week when he accidentally live-streamed himself engaging in sexual activities with a woman (Daily Star).

N’Jie has since apologised for the mistake and said he was trying to watch the news on his phone when he pressed the wrong button.

He said (Orange.fr): “I’m sorry. I had too much to drink. I celebrated my new contract and wanted to read the news. I pressed the wrong button.”

N’Jie joined Spurs in 2015 as an exciting youngster. However, he was never able to break into the first team and was sold in 2017 to Marseille (Sky Sports).

It’s a shame that N’jie is making headlines for this rather than his exploits on his pitch and shows that Spurs may have been wise to sell him.

N’Jie has recently joined Dynamo Moscow and he said he was excited to Google himself, which is what led to the accidental Livestream (MSN).

The ex-Spurs player quickly deleted any evidence of the video but the damage was already done and the video has been circulating online since.

Live-streaming the sex act was obviously a mistake by N’Jie and has caused the player much embarrassment. Hopefully he starts making headlines for the right reasons at his new club this summer!
