Ex-Spurs player tips Arsenal to crumble and lose three of their final four games

Jamie O’Hara has predicted that Arsenal will crumble under the pressure in the Premier League top-four race against Tottenham by winning just one of their last four games.

The final place in next season’s Champions League is still up for grabs and is likely to fall in the hands of one of the North London sides come the end of the season.

Both teams maintained their positions in the running at the weekend with Tottenham claiming a 3-1 win over Leicester while Arsenal ground out a 2-1 victory at West Ham.

The results have kept the Gunners fourth in the table two points ahead of Spurs, but things could change with the crucial north London derby fixture approaching on May 12.

But O’Hara, when asked to predict how Arsenal will get on in their remaining games, suggested that Mikel Arteta’s men will ‘slip up’ with a solitary win over Leeds and defeats against Spurs, Newcastle and Everton on the final day.

He said on talkSPORT: “Arsenal will slip up. I think they’ve got tough games. I think we [Tottenham] have got one more tough game, and then it’s the North London Derby. That’s like a cup final which could go either way.

“I just have to back Spurs, surely you have to back Spurs under the lights, at home, against Arsenal.”

The positions have changed pretty frequently and drastically over the course of the season and that could still happen with a handful of games left to play.

The derby is the key fixture of course, but Spurs will have to focus on negotiating a tough trip to Liverpool before that anyway.
