Ex-Spurs recalls arguments in ‘every single training session’ when he was at the club

Ex-Tottenham Hotspur man, Graham Roberts, claimed last night on Twitter that there were disagreements in every single training session while he was at the club.

This followed Hugo Lloris and Heung-min Son having an argument on the pitch at half-time in Tottenham’s match against Everton last night.

The French Spurs captain aggressively marched over to the winger in order to remind him of his defensive duties within the team.

However, Spurs were able to come out in the second half and earn a clean sheet and three points against the Toffees, with there seemingly being no bad blood between Son and Hugo come the final whistle.

Graham Roberts played for Spurs between 1980 and 1986, racking up over 200 appearances and 23 goals for the club in that time (Wikipedia).

The Spurs legend hit out at Sky Sports for concentrating so heavily on a disagreement that he claimed was a regular occurrence during his time in North London.
