Italian transfer expert Niccolo Ceccarini expects Tottenham to make a bid for Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic in the summer.
The 21-year-old has been a sought after commodity after bursting onto the scene for La Viola last season, in which he scored 21 goals in 37 appearances in Serie A.
His performances have continued into the current campaign where he sits on eight league goals, with one of his latest showings yielding a hat-trick against Spezia.
However, recent reports have emerged linking Vlahovic with a move across North London to Arsenal, though the striker’s agent is allegedly keen to wait for better offers to come in for his client.
As such, Ceccarini believes Spurs, fresh off of their appointment of Antonio Conte, could get involved in the bidding, and claims the N17 side could make an offer for the Serbia international in the summer.
He said (via Fiorentina News): “Today’s news is Arsenal’s offer to Fiorentina for [Dusan] Vlahovic. The figure we are talking about is very important, but in addition to the interest of the Gunners, I also expect an offer from Tottenham, perhaps in June.
“However, I’m not so convinced that he can move to London. I expect more teams to come out for the Serbian in the summer.”

Vlahovic is hot property currently and doesn’t look to be renewing his contract at Fiorentina, but he will still command a big transfer fee. He would be some acquisition for Spurs but they are almost certainly going to face some stiff competition for him.
