Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano has admitted that he was tempted by some offers to leave the Spanish club.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp publically stated his interest in the Brazilian forward during the summer transfer window, but admitted that Sevilla’s valuation of the 29-year-old was far too high.
“I had some attractive propositions but the price was set too high, and no club could match the fee asked by Sevilla,” Fabiano told L’Equipe.
“At the end of the summer transfer window, I have renewed my contract until June 2013.
“But you know I am fine here. I feel really at home at Sevilla, even if I was tempted by other adventures.”
