Fabrizio Romano confirms Tottenham target will move clubs this summer

Fabrizio Romano has delivered a huge update on the future of rumoured Tottenham target Tosin Adarabioyo, revealing that the centre-back has now made up his mind to leave Fulham on a free transfer this summer.

Adarabioyo’s current deal at Craven Cottage runs out in June and the centre-back is thought to be a wanted man across the Premier League and beyond.

Earlier this month Football.London’s Alasdair Gold revealed that Spurs are ready to step up their pursuit of the 26-year-old and the player is not said to be put off by the competition for places in N17.

However, Football Insider claimed recently that apart from Tottenham, the likes of West Ham, Liverpool, Monaco, and AC Milan were also circling over the Englishman.

The publication asserted that Fulham had not given up hope of tying the centre-back down to a new contract.

Adarabioyo will be on the move this summer

However, Romano has now taken to social media to confirm that the Cottager’s contract proposals have not convinced Adarabioyo.

He added that the defender has made a final decision on his future and will be departing the West London club as a free agent.

Adarabioyo would be perfect for Spurs, given his pace, ability on the ball and his homegrown status. There is no doubt that the Lilywhites would have begun work on signing the 26-year-old.

However, the centre-back will have many options to choose from and he might decide to join a club where he is more likely to get starts.
