Fabrizio Romano provides update on Gareth Bale’s situation after Spurs loan deal ends

Italian football journalist Fabrizio Romano has revealed that a meeting between Gareth Bale and his agent has already been scheduled to discuss the Welshman’s future.

The 31-year-old ended his season long loan spell at Tottenham Hotspur yesterday having netted a brace as a substitute in their 4-2 win at Leicester City which secured a seventh-place finish which secured Europa Conference League qualification and the North London bragging rights over rivals Arsenal.

Romano claimed that a decision on where Bale will play his future next season could be decided once both Tottenham Hotspur and Real Madrid clarify their respective managerial situations.
