Fabrizio Romano reveals player set to fly to London after Spurs agree deal

Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Dejan Kulusevski is set to fly to London in the coming hours after Juventus agreed on a fee with Tottenham Hotspur.

According to the journalist, the Swedish international has agreed personal terms and is set to sign a five-year contract in North London in the event that a mandatory buy clause will be triggered.

Kulusevski will initially join Tottenham on loan, along with a purchase clause which will be triggered of around €40m (£33.2m) with add ons based on the number of appearances he makes and if the Premier League club can secure Champions League qualification.

Tottenham’s managing director of football Fabio Paratici signed Kulusevski for Juventus from Parma when he was in charge of transfers at the Serie A outfit.

The 21-year-old has made 27 appearances for Juventus in all competitions this season, but has started only seven of those and has found the back of the net just twice (transfermarkt).
