Fabrizio Romano has now revealed what the feeling at Tottenham Hotspur is about the current project and has provided an update on who the club will turn to if they decide to part ways with Ange Postecoglou.
Over recent weeks, reports have continued to indicate that Ange Postecoglou has to win the Europa League to save his Tottenham job beyond the end of this season.
However, last week, The Athletic’s Jack Pitt-Brooke said that Postecoglou is likely to be sacked no matter what happens in the Europa League.
With each passing game in the Premier League, that possibility seems more and more likely, with Spurs continuing to struggle to pick up results despite the return of key players from injury.

Fabrizio Romano provides Ange Postecoglou sack update
Fabrizio Romano has now revealed on his YouTube channel what his sources have told him about Postecoglou’s future, and it is not good news for the 59-year-old.
The journalist says that there is now a ‘concrete possibility’ that Tottenham will begin a new project this summer by making a managerial change and refreshing their squad.
He adds that the Lilywhites have already started exploring options to replace Postecoglou at the end of the season.
Romano backs up what we have heard from other outlets over recent weeks by revealing that Andoni Iraola is a target for the North London side, who are said to be keeping ‘informed’ of the Bournemouth boss’s situation.
Does Postecoglou know that his time at Tottenham is up?
There seems to have been a clear change in the Spurs head coach’s behaviour and his comments over recent days, which suggests that he knows his time at the club is about to run out.
Last week, Postecoglou acknowledged that there are some ‘outstanding candidates’ ready to take the Tottenham job, insisting that a few clubs will also want to hire him if he parts ways with the Lilywhites.
Even more bizarrely, Postecoglou had a go at the travelling Spurs fans against Chelsea, which is perhaps the action of someone who feels he has nothing to lose.
