Tottenham Hotspur may have fallen a little short in their pursuit of the Champions League trophy this season, but they still enjoyed the biggest night of the club’s history.
Spurs had never made it past the quarter-finals until the season just gone, a record which they completely tore up by reaching the semis and then the final itself.
Tottenham managed to get results against PSV, Inter Milan, and Barcelona in the group stage, before knocking out the likes of Borussia Dortmund, Man City, and Ajax en route to the final.
Unfortunately, Liverpool proved to be a step too far, as the Reds secured a 2-0 victory in their second CL final in as many years.
Spurs will have to make do with the runners up medals this time around, but they will always have the memories of a sensational campaign.
Fans now have the chance to bid for official UEFA Champions League final kits on the club’s eBay profile, although they are not the kits worn by the players on the night.
Some of the strips, with Harry Kane leading the way, are already up in the hundreds of pounds, and still have over nine days left of auction time.
