Dele Alli was handed a rare start by Jose Mourinho in yesterday evening’s Europa League round of 32 first leg against Wolfsberger.
The midfielder was named in Jose Mourinho’s starting eleven for the first time since the FA Cup victory against Marine last month.
The midfielder took to Instagram earlier today to post a photo of himself in action at the Puskas Arena along with a caption claiming that he is feeling more like himself after playing 78 minutes of the encounter.
Jose Mourinho recently revealed that he had held a meeting with the England international and that the pair had found common ground (Guardian).
Dele had been heavily linked with a loan move to Paris Saint-Germain during the January transfer window which would have seen him reunite with former manager Mauricio Pochettino, but instead remained in North London.
The 24-year-old will now be hoping that he is once again involved this weekend when the club make the short trip across London where they face rivals West Ham United.
