Could Fernando Llorente be heading to Spurs?

Fernando Llorente’s agent has hinted that the Athletic Bilabo striker could be set for a move to the Premier League.

Spurs have been heavily linked with a move for the 27-year-old who has insisted that he wants to leave the Basque outfit and it had looked as if he was all set to move to Juventus.

According to his agent a club in London and Manchester are also vying for his services. Spurs are set to bring in another striker before the transfer window closes, but that could be Emmanuel Adebayor after reports today have suggested a move could be back on.

“Tomorrow [Wednesday] Llorente will speak to his destination,” Llorente’s representative, Carlos Arino Bajo told the Daily Telegraph. “It is very, very possible he will decide to go to the Premier League.

“I don’t know the [choice of] club at the moment but there are two [interested] clubs. One is in London, and one is in Manchester.”

  1. i would love llorente to join adabayor but it won't happen we only needed one big striker in a 4- 4- 1- 1/4- 3 -3, we got ade, now they will look to buy a creative midfielder/playmaker and a goalkeeper, most likely inters keeper.

  2. Would love it to Happen – we still only have 3 strikers including Kane, and I think he may be loaned.
Creative midfielder and a Keeper please, Lloris or Butland

  3. If we don't get João Moutinho were gonna have an Anonymous season, I was watching some of last seasons Modric vids on youtube!! He had so much space & time on the ball, watching the Newcastle game we missed a tempo player to control the game & collect the ball in our own half and distribute to wingers, find gaps, mind you Ade's back at least we have a hitman again.

  4. Ummm…with Defoe being linked as a target to 3 clubs it's possible to have both Ade and Llorente leading the line this season. AVB may have lauded his performance in the ENG v ITA friendly last week but the interest in Defoe jumped at just the same time. He may have just been doing a bit of gamesmanship in order to act like he wants Defoe in his plan to justify the asking price.

  5. Modric go so we can cash in on u moutinho n lloris in lads trust me n levy always got a sneaky one coys hint levy we want llorentte
