Five ways Spurs could line up with Dani Ceballos next season

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Real Madrid attacking midfielder, Dani Ceballos, in the last few weeks, and a move may be close (Estadio Deportivo).

Recent reports have stated that Spurs are closing in on a loan move that would see Ceballos move to North London for the 2019/20 season (Star).

It is unclear whether there would be an option to buy clause in the contract.

With Ndombele already signed and ready to be implemented into the first team next season, how could Tottenham line up with Ceballos at their disposal too?

We have taken all the stars currently at the club to work out how the Spaniard could be best utilised in the front line (keeping the defence largely unchanged).

1 – Ceballos could play as the furthest forward in a central three, a role we have seen Dele Alli in on numerous occasions. 2 – Ceballos can play further forward in an attacking three behind Harry Kane, but in a central role. 3 – Ceballos can play in a deep-lying midfield three as a playmaker to release the likes of Son, Kane, and the overlapping full-backs.

4 – Ceballos could play further forward in a three behind Harry Kane, this could be alongside Son, Moura, Eriksen, Alli, Lamela, etc.

5 – Ceballos could play in a three behind Kane, along with overlapping wing-backs and just one central midfielder behind him.Which is your favourite and why?
