The midfielder, who rose through the ranks at Spurs impressed during pre-season in 2018 with Mauricio Pochettino and his backroom staff said have monitored the midfielder’s progress closely.

However, the 20-year-old was overtaken by the likes of Oliver Skipp and Luke Amos in the midfield pecking order and finally sealed a move to Stoke City in January.

Unfortunately for the Spurs academy graduate, he has had limited opportunities to show what he can do since his move to the Britannia Stadium due to the season being suspended by the coronavirus pandemic.

However, the former Tottenham youngster has now held an interview with Stoke’s official website to allow the Potters fans to get to know him better.

Among the questions that Oakley-Boothe was asked, was who his toughest opponent was, and just like many other players from Spurs before him, he picked Mousa Dembele as the player who he found it the hardest to come up against.
