Former Arsenal man says no one likes to play against this Spurs star

Tottenham Hotspur looked to be in utter turmoil at this time in January after their defeat to Manchester United at Wembley.

Harry Kane had picked up another ankle injury, with Dele Alli sustaining a hamstring problem in the very next game, both expected back in early March.

To make matters worse, Lucas Moura was carrying a knock, and Heung Min Son was set to fly away to compete in the Asia Cup with South Korea.

It looked as if Spurs would struggle to find the goals in their dwindling front line, however, after enjoying a shortened spell away, Son has returned to Spurs with a bang.

The South Korean has continued his fine form, scoring 11 in 11 since December 19, including a goal in each of his games since his Asia Cup return.

BBC pundit and ex-Arsenal star Lee Dixon has now claimed that nobody likes to play against the in form Spurs forward.

Dixon said on BBC Radio 5 Live (as quoted by HITC): “He must be a dream to play with. He has got that ability to unsettle the players he is playing against.

“Nobody likes to play against him because he runs you into areas as a defender you don’t want to go. He has always got you thinking – you’ve got yourself a real gem.”
