Former Chelsea goalkeeper Lenny Pidgeley has criticised William Gallas for having joined Tottenham Hotspur.
The French international moved to Tottenham on a free transfer in 2010 when he decided not to renew his contract at North London rivals Arsenal (The Guardian).
Due to the rivalry between Chelsea and Tottenham, Pidgeley who came through the academy at Stamford Bridge was not happy with Gallas’ decision to join Harry Redknapp’s side.
Pidgeley took to Twitter to criticise Gallas who he had a number of issues with including how he claimed the former Premier League champion treated him while he was a young player at Chelsea.
The 35-year-old claimed that Gallas had dented his confidence while they were both at the same club and also had some negative comments to say about another former blue, Mark Bosnich.
