Former Spur singles out one star performer for praise

Tottenham made it three wins in three yesterday as they cruised past a struggling Huddersfield side.

Lead man Harry Kane looked back to his best as he slammed home two goals in the 2-0 away win.

However, it was a defender who was singled out for praise by an ex-Tottenham man on Twitter.

Danny Rose had a sensational game at left wingback, as he burst past defenders, teased balls into the box, and drove forwards with the ball.

The Spurs man even won the penalty that led to Kane’s second goal with a fantastic give and go with Heung-Min Son.

Ex-Spurs man Micky Hazard took to Twitter to praise the Tottenham star, claiming that he was looking back to his best.

Rose has struggled with both injury and personal issues off the pitch in the past year, and Spurs fans will be delighted to see him playing well again, and with a smile on his face.
