Georges-Kevin Nkoudou mocks his own scoring form at Tottenham

It was hardly a successful spell in North London for Frenchman Georges-Kevin Nkoudou, after he transferred from Marseille in 2016.

The winger had impressed with 10 goals in 43 games during the 2015/16 season for Marseille, but failed to reach the same tally in four years in North London (Wikipedia).

Nkoudou played a total of 27 games for the Lilywhites, scoring one goal in that time. He was also loaned out on two separate occasions by Spurs during his time there.

He played eight games on loan at Burnley and another three on loan at Monaco, failing to score a single goal at both clubs.

The Frenchman was plagued with injuries and was never able to carve much of a chance in the first-team under Pochettino at Tottenham.

He eventually moved away to Besiktas in 2019, where he has played 23 games and scored three goals this season (Wikipedia).

The ex-Spurs man mocked his goalscoring form today when replying to a particularly surprising stat from football journalist, Richard Jolly.
