‘Get a proper attacking manager’ – Some Spurs fans react to 3-1 loss at Arsenal

Tottenham Hotspur had an afternoon which will be hard to forget after suffering a convincing 3-1 defeat at Arsenal.

Spurs headed into the North London derby having been on the end of respective 3-0 defeats to Crystal Palace and Chelsea in their last two Premier League outings and there were certainly no positives to take from the match at the Emirates.

Arsenal dominated proceedings and were the hungrier of the two sides and in reality, had put the result beyond Nuno Espirito Santo’s side by the half time break having raced to a three-goal lead with Spurs unable to lay a glove on the hosts.

Tottenham looked lethargic and toothless, having failed to put the Gunners under any form of threat until a rare attack in the second half saw Heung-min Son grab nothing more than a consolation.

Here is a selection of thoughts from some Spurs fans on what they saw during the club’s third successive league defeat.
