Some Spurs fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction to the team selection for this afternoon’s Premier League match against Manchester United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Tottenham have lost 36 Premier League matches against Manchester United, more than against any other opponent, and certainly cannot afford a defeat following last weekend’s poor display at West Ham.
Heung-min Son had a hand in four goals in his two games against Manchester United last season (3 goals, 1 assist), having failed to register a single goal involvement in his first eight appearances against the Red Devils.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer comes into the game on the back of the humiliating 5-0 home defeat at the hands of Liverpool that continued United’s poor recent run which has seen them pick up just one point from four Premier League matches.
Nuno has decided to bench Sergio Reguilon and Tanguy Ndombele with Ben Davies and Giovani Lo Celso both coming into the team.
