Glasgow Rangers in for two Spurs players

Harry Redknapp has revealed that Tottenham are in talks with Glasgow Rangers about loaning some players to the Scottish club.

Rangers are keen on taking Spurs midfielder Jake Livermore and recent defensive signing Bongani Khumalo on loan as they both continue their footballing education.

Redknapp has high hopes for Livermore and regular first-team football can only benefit him.  Khumalo, a South African international only joined Spurs in January for £1.5million and featured on loan for Preston North End towards the latter part of the campaign.

Have something to tell us about this article?

  1. I would prefer if they went on loan to a club and that played a similar style to ourselves rather than a negative outfit like Glasgow Rangers and besides I think their education would be better served in England.

  2. I agree with G, we should also try and loan them to a club that play at a similar level to ourselves. It worked wonders for Kyle Walker's confidence being at Villa last year.

  3. bONGO , IS HE SERIOUS||||

    But this business of scrapping the reserve side is bollocks. iF THERE WAS STILL A GOOD RESERVE STRUCTURE THESE PLAYERS WOULD BENEFIT MORE BY PLAYING TOGETHER.
