Some Tottenham fans on social media are convinced that Harry Kane is going to be fit to start the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City on Sunday.
Kane is in a race against time to be fit for the Wembley showdown after rolling his ankle in Tottenham’s 2-2 draw against Everton last Friday, which ended up being Jose Mourinho’s final game in charge of the club.
The striker watched on from the stands as Ryan Mason led Spurs to a win over Southampton in his first game in charge on Wednesday.
Reports indicate that Kane has had two outdoor sessions at Hotspur Way this week and that the coaching staff are hopeful he can be fit to play a part in the final.
Mason insisted in his pre-match press conference on Friday that he is unsure about the England captain’s availability and that his recovery is being assessed on an hourly basis.
Some Spurs fans are convinced that the 27-year-old is going to be involved at Wembley while a few others are worried that the striker might be rushed back too quickly.

If Kane's not fit, don't put him in starting 11. No repeat of CL final please

Spurs Web Opinion
If Kane declares himself fit for the game, I cannot see Mason deciding not to start him. We know that the striker will be desperate to be involved in the game, even if he is not 100 per cent.
