Tottenham came from behind to beat Fulham 2-1 at Craven Cottage courtesy of second-half headers from Dele Alli and Harry Winks.

The winner from Winks was scored virtually in the last piece of action of the game deep into stoppage time and sent Spurs fans into cloud nine.

Spurs legend Graham Roberts took to Twitter to express his delight at the result. Roberts singled out one Spurs player for special praise on the back of the performance, Danny Rose.

After being out with an injury for the first few months of the season, Rose looks like he is slowly getting back to his best. He was a menace for the Fulham backline all game as he kept making runs down the left and delivering balls into the box.

There was one instance in the second half when the England left-back came inside, beat his man and unleashed a rasping shot which took a slight deflection and cannoned off the crossbar. The 28-year-old who was one of the most highly rated fullbacks in the Premier League a couple of seasons ago has suffered more than his fair share of injuries over the last few years.

On the evidence of this performance as well as his performance in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi final against Chelsea, it looks like the Danny Rose Spurs fans know and love is well and truly back.
