Graham Roberts singles out Spurs player after West Ham draw

Former Tottenham Hotspur defender Graham Roberts has singled out Serge Aurier following the club’s 3-3 draw with West Ham United on Sunday.

Spurs raced ahead with a three goal lead within the opening sixteen minutes of the match in North London to shock David Moyes’ side.

Heung-Min Son scored well taken from Harry Kane’s impressive pass with just 45 seconds played, before the pair combined again when Kane nutmegged Declan Rice and left Lukasz Fabianski wrongfooted in goal.

Sergio Reguilon’s back-post cross allowed Kane to grab his second and it looked as if they had done enough to take all three points.

However, Spurs suffered a horrific three-goal, second-half collapse within the final eight minutes of the match.

Fabian Balbuena’s header from an Aaron Cresswell free-kick beat Hugo Lloris and the Hammers gained extra belief when Davinson Sanchez just three minutes later.

With the game deep into injury time, Aurier was adjudged to have fouled substitute Robert Snodgrass on the right-hand side of the pitch which led to Manuel Lanzini’s stunning equaliser.

Roberts took to Twitter to react to a Tweet from West Ham-supporting talkSPORT journalist Ian Abraham’s in which he questioned Aurier’s decision making.
