Graham Roberts has taken to Twitter to have his say on Christian Eriksen’s move to Inter Milan.
The 27-year-old arrived in Milan airport this morning where he is expected to finalise his move to the Serie A giants following a medical.
Eriksen is out of contract with Tottenham in the summer and this month represented the last opportunity for the club to receive a transfer fee.
Roberts admitted that although the playmaker has not been at his best over the past year, he acknowledges the impact he has had at the club since joining from Ajax and wished him the best for his new challenge in Italy.
Eriksen made 305 appearances for Tottenham in all competitions, scoring 69 goals whilst contributing 89 assists.
Maybe the last year he has not been at his best but what a fantastic player @ChrisEriksen8 has been for our club I wish him all the best at inter he has given us some fantastic special moments to remember for years.

The last eighteen months aside, Eriksen has been a fantastic servant to Tottenham. It was inevitable that he was going to leave but at least, he will be departing in January where we can recoup a few million rather than lose out in the summer.
